These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and any application submitted to APED IN LLC, doing business as Insurance Leads AI (“Insurance Leads AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the site, you agree to these terms.
Website and application
The website lets business owners, managers, and insurance agents submit information to request a conversation about lead generation services. Submitting an application does not create a client relationship, guarantee acceptance, or guarantee any specific result. Any services, lead quantities, pricing, delivery terms, and other commitments will be set out separately in a written agreement. The stated range of 75–150 exclusive leads per month is a service proposition, not a guarantee of results or a promise of a specific outcome.
Communications and SMS
Providing a phone number lets us respond to your application and requested consultation. Marketing or recurring automated text messages are sent only when you separately check the optional, initially unticked SMS consent box. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

SMS opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates. Please review our Privacy Policy for details about information handling.
Acceptable use and site content
You agree to provide accurate information and not misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the site. Website text and materials are provided for general informational purposes and may be updated without notice.
